I havent heard of many from down there speaking up on the board. You are more than welcome to come up to Columbia and wheel at the zoo with us.

Good luck it great to have somewhere local to crawl im sure. BTW we had been going every weekend to the zoo but since it got so warm i think the honey do lists got everyone busy and ECC had alot of guys building rigs. I will be going out there in prob 2 weeks to try out my MRC brushless system. It is a blast running the trail and stuff. Watch the Zoo 2K10 thread for us organizing a run.

We are waiting on you to check out that new spot! But yes we do tend to have things planned for us by our wives this time of year. Dont fret! We will still have some GTGs soon!

Any of the Charleston guys still on here? If so what are you running? Hope to have my MRC back up shortly and would like to do some crawling. Most time I head to Folly out near morris island and crawl on the jetties really nice spot.

Default Going Crawling at Folly anytime soon????

Folly Jetty anyone?

I spent the last week on Fripp Island running the Jato's until the tide came in. Then the rock crawling commences.

Goodtime

The weather is too good right now not to.

I have a thing planned for pretty much all day today. 2 or 3 of us plan to get together tomorrow to run the crawlers. Location is undecided but that will be figured out shortly. As you can see from my pics folly is a good place to run. Also there was another place at end of Ft Johnson rd on james island. I will have limited board access as it will be by my phone.

Check out this thread new site up for lowcountry crawlers.

Plan to head out to folly jetties (near the lighthouse) Saturday morning. If anyone wants to join more than welcome. I am hoping to have my new driveshafts and battery in by then. Shooting to get out there around 9ish but if that changes I will post back up.

I went out that weekend but the rocks were covered in sand and salt so there was no traction at all. Like crawling on bb's. I am thinking about heading to the Hummer dealership this weekend in summerville if any one wants to meet there on Saturday. My driveshafts came in along with 2 new 3s batteries ready to try out.
