Default SCRCC Scale Comps??

Is this something you all are planning in the future? If so what rules are you going to go by? I am not into the comp thing but would love to be involved in this if I can but want to build my truck to abide by the rules you all are going to implement.

probably the most likely thing would be to follow the G6 rules...the NC crowd was talking about holding one of these events in April or thereabouts. we might try to attempt something of the same nature later on, but for now most of us are still working on our scalers. we are VERY open to holding get togethers though!

I see the rules say 1.9 or 1.55. Most of you going this direction and not the 2.2 way. I also read thatanother group might open a 2.2 one if enough people run 2.2. Just wanted to get a idea of what the majority ofyou are gonna do. I am also assuming stretching a 1.9 on a 2.2 rim is not acceptable.

im going 1.9 to help meet more rules and not have to have multiple sets. ive had fun with the 2.2s on my scaler, but now that i sold them i think the 1.9s will be more fun and add to the challenge...being more realistic

the comps will most likely accomodate whatever shows up. if we have 10 1.9s and 5 2.2s show up...then both classes would most likely run...but if there were 10 1.9s and 2 2.2s then wouldnt be much point in the 2.2s competing...thats kinda how i think about it

i am setting my truck up for 1.9s and 2.2s. few quick changes and it will run either tire setup. i think the spartanburg location would be an excellent spot for a G6.
