''2012 ECC'' Who's Going

Is this strictly a comp style crawler event, or do they offer a "scale" class? This would be so much fun, but I'm a scaler...

^^ His panties are in a wad cuz he can't just buy a ticket when he wants... This is one of those events that even if you don't want to run the comp or...hell...even if you don't have a comp rig...it's worth going to. The experience of watching and HANGING OUT with all of the great guys and girls that make this hobby what it is is PRICELESS!

On that note...who is still going?

Mmmmm not too structured, there are rules however. Basically it will be a free run format. Whoever has the fastest time, WINS. Start on the clock and return back to the start line (stop the clock). If you touch your vehicle, return to the last cleared gate. Winching is allowed. Be prepared for water/mud crossings but no submarine obstacles. Cardio is a must! I think it will be a mile run so be prepared with enough battery. If you must change your battery, do it right after you clear a gate so you don't have to run back to the previous gate. I think we will split it into classes based on tires. 1.55, 1.9 and 2.2. Not too sure on that though.

The first batch has already been sold out keep a eye on the ecc thread there will be another batch go on sale soon

Honestly its not that. I just don't feel like going and I've gotta safe my vacation for our cruise
