You can't go wrong with an Axial Scx-10. Great overall truck and plenty of upgrades out there. In my opinion it is the best vehicle and the best for a beginner in the crawler class. Granted if you are looking at an extreme rockcrawler only vehicle this may not be for you.

Looking for a scale/trail rig or a comp/rock crawler?

Scale beer cans, now that's the schlitz!

01tj that is a great idea I will have my other trucks there as well. So that will be my

One Ton Taco (SCX10 honcho on AR60s)
TF2
2.2pro (T1E Berg)
1.9 (Losi MRCP)

I am sure there is someone that can bring a 2.2s. Mine is still being built.

And I'd go to the irmo event if it wasn't 120 miles from my house cause that's 240 round trip and 37 inch mud tires love gas

SCX10 is what you would be after. They have a Dingo kit which is a short wheel base , and they have a 4 door Jeep or a Honcho that looks like a Toyota truggy. The wheel base on these two are longer.
