Halloween/ Zombie Theme for October?

Thoughts on the next crawl having a Halloween/ Zombie theme? Kinda fits for October. Could have some survival rigs etc!

I am trying to get my course cleaned up a good bit before I do another Comp. Hopefully the sooner the better, maybe mid October/ early November? Whatever works best according to everyone`s schedule that is. Let`s hear some feedback!

Guys I have been doing alot of research and still kind of confused on the subject. However, I would like to do a King of Hammers type event. Ive also heard of the recon g6 stuff and ultra 4 racing, but still trying to understand all of the rules and courses! Of course in mind of doing the "mud bogs / frame twisters with waterholes etc etc." I think if we could do that and maybe make up some alternate sections for individuals who are not waterproof or who dont want to mud it up, it might be kind of cool. I have jacked a TTC type rules & regulations type of format that one of the big guys did out west and they said it worked well, I can post that up later tonight! Either way, I am itching to do another event whenever it suits for everyone`s schedule. Hope we can maybe find something new or even just another great event

Sounds like fun but I am not one to mud it up too much. Cry brought up the idea of the G6 or TTC event for December or November. Would give ample planning time to see if we can get max participation.

Ok, back to an October scale meet plan.

Would we want to do a Columbia area meet this time? I don't know the areas for crawling down there but I am sure that Skerb or Cy will chime in there.

Ive heard many of great things about the Lake Murray Damn from the Cola guys. However I know that they let the water through on certain time frames, so we would have to plan around that. About 2 weeks ago several of the wraith guys and myself went out to Archer Road and had a hell of a time!

It would benefit me if it were closer to Charleston but it's not a big deal if there are better places than cola. I missed the last two events but look forward to the next one.

On the other hand I'd almost like to do a mountain camping/ crawling trip.

I know a few spots around Western North Carolina. Got plenty of mountains and places to camp around here ...
