This May my family and I will be taking part in the Great Strides 5k walk to raise money for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. While I would like to say that we are just very altruistic people who always participate in various campaigns (as we are hoping many of you will be), our reason for walking is much more personal. In May of 2013, my wife and I welcomed our second daughter, Tamsyn Marie, to our family. Since her birth, Tamsyn has already brought so much joy and happiness to our lives. She is our reason for walking. At six weeks of age, Tamsyn was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis. The past few months have been a journey of learning more about her disease and how to cope with and manage it. This coming May our family and friends will celebrate her first birthday with a walk in her honor. Through your donations, we can have even more to celebrate. Help us to add more birthday walks for Tamsyn,with Tamsyn, by donating to our team, Tamsyn's Time. 100% of the donation go to the CF Foundation to find the cure.
