550 fit?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, I scrolled through most of the threads that are posted and I've dug around bit with the Google-machine but I can't seem to find an answer to this..

Does a 550 can fit?

I'm having a tough time picking a powerplant for the new build, but one of the options I'm considering is a 550 27turn and I'm just wondering if that extra length will stick out the front of that nice scale motor..

In the stock position, I would say no to a 550 fitting with the engine.

With the optional engine spacers, there is a good possibility. I can check some measurements on my truck with the 13mm engine spacer installed tonight.

There is a little approximation here since it was a little difficult getting calipers on the assembled truck. It is a little more than 70mm of motor space with the smaller 15mm spacer and the Holmes Trailmaster 550 I have measures about 64mm to the ends of the solder tabs. So a 550 should fit with either of the engine spacers.
