This started out life as a stock RedCat Racing Super Rockslide, but now it's been reborn as a FrankenCat.

Just got this a couple days ago and have been doing cheap mods to make it somewhat crawlable. I outboarded the springs to stop rubbing and limit flex, vented the wheels, got a better charger and next is new foam for the tires.   How it sits now.   Last edited by Nimyad; 04-07-2013 at 06:00 PM. |

I recently completed a 2.2 comp crawler build and didn't take long to get the super class bug bite. Here is my Super Crawler, it is probably 1/5 to 1/4 scale and is far from regulations. I have plans to make it comp legal but not just yet. From what I have gathered, maximum length for superclass is 18" hub to hub, this one is currently around 30" hub to hub  The other chassis in the picture is what I intend to use later on down the road on this build. |
