I'm not sure of that exact radio, but the positions should be similar to the DX6. I wanted my left stick to control everything on the front axle and the right to control everything on the rear axle, so I set it up like this:
Ch. 1 - Throttle - Left Stick Vertical Movement
Ch. 2 - Aileron - Right Stick Horizontal Movement
Ch. 3 - Elevator - Right Stick Vertical Movement
Ch. 4 - Rudder - Left Stick Horizontal Movement

I plugged the different ESCs and Servos into the according channels on the Rx.

X2...except i swap the steering channels and mix both throttle channels to the left stick.

that way for the 90% of normal driving left is throttle and right is steering then if you need to add rear steer you just lean the left stick or if you want to adjust fwd/rear bias you can just lean the right stick.

I have the 6EX, and the way I set mine up is with the left stick driving and steering the front, and the right stick driving and steering the rear. Absolutely love it. Nothin's more fun than twin-sticking a super!

Futaba has online manuals for all their radios... you might check that out.
