I've been searching a lot on this subject, putting berg gears in exceed mad torque axles, but haven't found a how to or definite answers that they go right it with no problems. So do you guys know any threads to point me towards? Also I'm having a hard time finding a place that sells the entire berg gear sets, which I assume I'll need.

Also, the 12t mad torque gear is the one I broke. Would this one work just to replace that gear? Pre-Order SDS Customz 300M 3rd Gear (QTY. 1) for Berg 2.2 V1 axles - The Crawlers Store LLC

Why would you want to switch out all of them? I think the only ones you will have issues with is the little one you stripped out, if the SDS one will fit then your set!

The problem is that rc crawling is dead where I live. I went to a local hobby shop today and asked if they had any berg gears and they looked at me like I was crazy. They didn't even know what a berg was. Also everywhere seems to be sold out of berg gears and I can't see the classifieds yet :(

Berg gear sets are kind of hard to find, not sure if anyone has any in stock. Post up a pic of the gear you broke. I may have a gear for you.

| Quote: I guess I haven't Realy thought about that. Still plenty possible to build a crawler from scratch with parts and plenty of money, but makes it difficult for guys new to the hobby. Hopefully we will have someone step up in the future with a new kit. | |

Yeah, it really sucks. There's a couple Hobby shops in Spokane that don't carry much for rock crawling. B and B hobbies only has stock replacement Losi and axial stuff, hobbytown USA has a few aftermarket things but only for axial and Losi. They have good electronics of course but nothing for hard parts.
