| bully or bully 2?
I've finally had enough repairing clod axles. I need to upgrade. I dont compete but would like to have a reliable crawler with a decent setup. Tell me why I should spend $80 each ($160) to get bully2's instead of the regular bully?

It's like comparing a Lamborghini to a Pinto.

Get the first version if you're not comping, the 2's have lots of improved features like width, weight, clocking the hubs etc. If you don't need all that then 1st version will save ya some money and they're really durable. I've comped a set of em for 3 years with no breakage of anything.

Are you wanting a super or 2.2? There aren't any super bully 2's available yet

Sorry, I should have specified. Yes, its a super. I see that the bullies are 11.xx wide. I know wider is better, but at what point is it too wide?!

Track width is measured at center of tread right? Also, I'll be redoing my links I'm gonna stretch it out to 17.5" currently at 16".

Interesting question that I had not thought of. I think it depends on your end goal. Stock vs. stock, the V2 is going to be a better axle but more expensive. Fully built vs fully built, I think the V1 will outshine the V2 but now the V1 will probably be quite a bit more expensive. |

Ah, well, that's only going to happen if they give us a long side for the short side or an entire axle. The tubes are side specific

Yeah, sorry, that was taking the assumption that they were going to provide a longer short side.
