When driving straight and turning. I haven't even driven it yet, I got the electronics all wired and programmed then was making sure everything was working right on the bench and that's when I noticed it.

I have a bent cvd shaft, didnt know it was bent into switching to Delrin tubes.

The tube oscillated. Ten I cHeck the shaft and it was slightly bent.
You hit the nail on the head, there was a small bend in the tang of the axle shaft that goes into the locker. It was small enough that I was able to bend it back enough with a pair of vice grips and it took the wobble right out.

Excellent. I found the Delrin tubes show up the bends more then the alloy.

I had the same shafts in alloy tubes and you would even know.

Now you new to get it out on the rocks. Supers are so fun.

If I can make it out for NENQ next year, ill be there.

I am having a hard time finding date for any comps around this side of state this summer.

I had a chance to run it today. Just around the house, up and down the steps and up and down the couch, lol. It worked very well I had to load the knuckle weights up the whole way. I figured I would have to add more weight to it I had them down low.

But the things I am NOT happy with at all is the drag break. It sucks to put it nicely. I am running sidewinder micro on full crawler drag break. I think it is the combination of the motor and the LARGE wheels gives me the end result of a not so nice drag break.

Which way will you go for the extra drag break. Lower turn motor? Different speedos? Different motors altogether?

I'm thinking new motors all together. I don't think a just a lower turn will do much of anything to help with a better drag break. I am leaning towards team brood axle buster.

What is everyone else running for motors in there super? The chaos 35T are not going to cut it in this rig. Some input from others would be great before I pull the trigger on a new set of motors.

The NENQ is awesome an well put together! A pile of supers as well.. I even believe there will be atleast 5 new ones there from returning guys. (Me included)

Have you looked up the W.PAc? Ovalman, stick king, evil crawler design.. They are all west pa.

Not 100% sure but I think most supers are running 45t more torque and drag break for those big wheels.

I've seen supers running both 35t and 45t. So I'm not sure which way to go.

you could always try throwing in a cheap set of 45t and see if you think it works better

So after talking with EddieO about motors for this rig, I decided to on:
Team Brood Conflux
Specs:
Type R-HHK 45T armature- epoxy balanced, ground polished & dye 9mm comm.
0.040 can
standup brushes
ABEC 7 ceramic bearings
TBR CB20 dual magnets
Team brushes
Team 115 springs
All light weight goodies

I haven't even got to run this rig on the rocks yet and I am already making changes, lol. But just from what I could tell from running it around the house the Chaos motors just were not going to cut it in this rig.

But now once the Conflux come in I have a good feeling I will not have the problems I had with the Chaos.
