Curt's Dlux Super Berg 2 Attachment(s) So here it is! I finally have started my super! I have been gathering parts for about a year and am just getting to put them together now. To start this build off right i gotta show of the guts for the build. Dlux replacement berg cases. The quality is very fine and the it fits together super nicely. I'm getting everything mocked up as i need to get some gear issues worked out. But I've got some placeholders in there for now. Now lets roll that beautiful bean footage. Here's some pics to wet your whistle. Theses AL bearing holder inserts are a real nice and secure touch. Dlux, any way these could be incorporated into the superlites? I digress. |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 1 Attachment(s) Two axles together.... its not taking this long to put them together.... I'm just slow on updates. |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 1 Attachment(s) 1 down.... 3 to go..... |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg Stoked to see this build! Been awhile. Is it going to be ready for BOTW? The aluminum puck has been implemented into the Super Lites as long as these cases that you own have been in production. If you want to have your Super Lites modded, I can do that for no charge. I just need the motor plates and time. I am working on a batch of Super Lites right now so I coudl get them done really fast right now. Maybe send them with your gears if you can stand to be down for a week or so? |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg The plan is to have it ready for botw. I have spring break next week i should get a lot done on it. |

Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 1 Attachment(s) No car update today Just the reason it's taken me just about a year to get this build started and going. |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg Obviously this degree is not in computers. Bwhahaha |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg Got the last tire all glued up. Id post a pic but it looks the same as all the others.... ; -) However, this last tire was being such a pain..... |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg All Right another Super the class is making a comeback "thumbsup" |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg [QUOTE=Curcal;5184374]Obviously this degree is not in computers. Bwhahaha[/QUOTE Or in photograph :lmao::lmao::lmao: just kidding  |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg Or in photography... right. |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 2 Attachment(s) Chassis and links together i have 1 more al spacer and 2 nylons trying to figure out where they go exactly. Ive got some rear uppers binding i have to free up the rod ends between the carbon plates. Not worried i just assembled chassis and didnt knkw it was wrong until i got thr links on it |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg Nice job on the degree! Does that mean youre done, done? For the uppers, make sure you have a spacer between the inner carbon and rod end. You need to space the rod ends away from the inner chassis. I am guessing that is your binding? Other plastic spacer goes where the front inner carbon stops, AL spacer goes there too. Shocks go outside of the chassis on the rear. Admittedly, its a tight fitting chassis and not the easiest to setup the first time. |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg Sweet thanks for the help i knew i was close and would have figured it out with a little more time. As for the degree..... yes im done done done |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 1 Attachment(s) 1st axle mocked up.... Big thanks to Crawler Innovations for getting this package out to me super quick! |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 1 Attachment(s) Mocked up shock less roller....... i think my uppers links are a little too long.... |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 1 Attachment(s) Link mounts locked in...... that took some serious work. |
Re: Curt's Dlux Super Berg 1 Attachment(s) Servos mounted..... |
