OK, found some.. Not the one I'm missing tho.. Lol..

I also split the mounts..

Which is now, maybe, causing another issue...

Is there room for a button head inside the case, where I need to drill that hole?

In my normal way of doing things.. I got the drill out and prepped the Dremel!

So I drilled a 2.5mm hole and threaded a 3mm screw into it..

Yay! The easy part is done!!

Everything is lined up..

Now, give that axle a spin!
Uh, ohhhh... No spinny spinny!

Let's put a Allen wrench in the hex pin hole..
Yep, I can get it to spin.... Roughly!

Let's dig in and start checking this all out...

Ahhh, there it is!

Saaweeeet! Dremel time...
That's better!

Took all the "round" off..

Back together! Yep, now it spins!

Let's throw the mount back on..
Which doesn't happen.. Hmmm..

Dremel time! Clearanced for the bearing..

Moving on... Let's get it back together..

Next problem... The link mount is thicker then the spacer, that is used to space the bearing holder out..

And the fix.. Dremel time, Again!

OK, now that's bad ass!

Let's get the links mounted.. Uuhhhh ohhhhhh... Dam et! That's the longest screw I have!

Deep breath.... And exhale....

Luckily, I had a spare Dlux brace, from who knows when.. Back in the Chaotic Crawler's days..
Dremel, tap, pliers.. Check!

Yep, I like that!

It even tightens down nicely!

I liked it so much.. I might do the front the same way.

Once you get this done, you can accidentally put it in a box... You got my address.

Nothing major to see here. Lol..

I have been working on this. I think I'm nearing electronics!

So I liked the way the rear came out, so I did the front.. Not going thru the full pic show, tho.. ;)

Then mounted the rear servo mount, drilled holes for mounting the motors, cut the plugs down, cut some screws down, changed some to black (visually pleasing), and here's we are..

I think I'm going to keep these front likes inside the mounts. But I like that is doubled sheer.. If not, I'll go outside, for further testing/tuning..

I only have one Dlux servo strengthener.. I have read, it's better for the rear axle, if you only have one?
I'll be getting another.. It's cheaper then doubling on 7980's! Lol..

As I was on the move today.. I couldn't stop!
Which is awesome! And not so awesome! Lol..

I had stuff on my bench, so I was working on the dining room table, Again.. Lol.. (The bench just doesn't have room for this, axle towards me..)
The not so awesome part.. The wife wanted US to paint the living room.. US turned into Her, till I got to this point.. (Which wasn't long, just longer then she wanted). Lol..

I mounted the servos and then to the motors..
Front axle, before motor, slims soooooooo smooth! (With my finger's).. Motor went in, easy, easy.. Hit it with a little juice and its Perfect sounding!

Then the rear axle.. It's a little tighter to spin, but I just think I had the screws too tight..
Mounted the servo, then the motor..
Hit the rear axle with some juice.. Ummmm, no go.. Wtf!?

Backed the screws out, to pull the motor.. Hit the motor with juice, Bam!, Powah!

Ooops.. Screw too long.. Lol..
Which is odd.. Cause normally the screws thread in, in between the magnets..
Well, not with these 520 pullers.. Weird..
They also only have one orientation to mount.. Normally 3 ways..
No biggie, either way.. All fixed, mounted, and hit with juice.. Sounds Great!

Side view of the Dluxyness!

And a faky pic, with wheels "mounted".. (Can't locate my hubs, I had drilled)..

Oh man, am I getting Stoked!!!!!!!!!
