I've got a couple super Bully axles and a couple extra tubes as well.
I've did some milling to these flanges trying to get the shape figured out (what cuts to do first) . I've got a few feet of 1" o.d. 7075 aluminum rod to do the final tube work.
Then the 3 feet of grade 5- 1/2" Ti rod but need to finish the tubes before I can get final dimensions for the axle shafts.
As soon as I get something cut that isn't embarrassing I'll post up .

More stuff. Waiting on a couple FXR's and 45 turn motors.
If I don't get any better results this may turn into a 2.2 pro rig.

I can't get the speed required for these but I'm gonna give them a try.

This is in addition to the 3 sheets I already received above.
Coming, 2 @14mm x 12mm x 500mm,
2 @ 12mm x 8mm x 500mm, and
2 @ 12mm x 10mm x 500mm carbon fiber roll wrapped tube and a sheet of 1.5mm x 200mm x 500mm twill weave carbon fiber.

Have no idea what will surface from this.
