I have 4 new Moab 40's and a couple feet of 0.5" Ti rod. Oh and a bucket full of delrin.

A pair of new front Bully 2 axles coming ;-), they will become super axles with Ti uni's.

Axles, Ti rod in 1/2" and 3/4".
Oh, and a little chassis I fabed up.

Super Bully 9-5/16" kingpin to kingpin.*
Bully 2 6-13/16".
That is a differance of 2- 1/2" in width.

Doing some figuring. The mounting flanges are decidedly intricate, especially the short side flange.

Ya the different tube mounting flanges is why I opted out of converting the Bully 2s in to Super Class axles just to much CNC modeling and machine time.

Cause RC4WD doesn't sell spare tubes . I thought about making some CF tube extensions but blew that idea off

Looking forward to seeing what U come up with "thumbsup"

soo, whats next??? are you going to trace the flange for the short side and just make it longer? or could you use some old long tubes and just machine them? curious to what your plans are.
