How much shorter did those HB pins come out than the ruptures? I Made a set out of proline gladiators but the sidewall is very short and I am getting away from them for that reason. Losing the center axle clearance due to short tires is a bummer.

Made some progress over the past couple days.

I got the link mounts all set, drilled, and tapped. Shocks are built although I’m still not happy with how they feel.

I still have to set caster front and rear. Once I do that I can bolt together the steering. It’s currently set zero Ackerman front and rear, but I’m waiting on the parts to switch it to proper Ackerman for the front. I also ordered some servo strengtheners for the servos. Batteries will be here Saturday but I’m going out of town this weekend. I’m hoping to get it done before I leave so I can test drive on Monday when I get back

Nabil, to make the super HB Blocks you used one a half tire?
