Default Redjones Tamiya Hilux 1.55 - Bruiser chassis

The vision of this build is to look more like a Tamiya kit rather than a modded kit. I have always like the original hilux and wondered if I could create one on a Bruiser chassis with modern electronics.

The rear axle was narrowed to match the width of the front.
Accomadating hex nuts and strong beefy knuckles.

Had to make some steering bushings to tighten up the sloppy steering

Looks like a great start. I did something similar to my bruiser. But the rear axle, I found a RC4WD rear inner axle and pinion. That was being discontinued on there website year's ago..

What steering knuckles did you use?
