Bruiser crawler I'd like to set up my Bruiser to rock crawl while keeping it as stock as posable! Anyone have some pics of their suspension set up? |
Re: Bruiser crawler Are you keeping leafs? If so it will not flex much. Just keep that in mind? I am toying with making links w/o drilling new holes, planning on using holes already there. Just a thought for me. Still have not made up my mind. |
Re: Bruiser crawler I’d like to keep the leafs. I plan on getting the RC4WD buiserupter rear axle to keep it clean and clutter free. I’ll do the o-ring and chino mods on the springs to improve flex. If I can get it flex better then a bone stock TF2 I’ll be happy. I will not use t-boxes or shooter shackles! Maybe try a 3/4 elliptic rears. |
Re: Bruiser crawler You don't need flex to crawl. Sticky tires and a high turn motor are your first port of call. |
Re: Bruiser crawler You’re right but it does help. I’d like to set it up to be a capable class 1 rig. I’ll most likely never use it as a class 1 but that’s the goal! |
