Bruiser assembly questions

I am hoping someone can help me with a couple questions about my Bruiser. Are the radius arms sandwiched tight against the rear axle housing? Mine are somewhat loose and rattle. Not a huge deal - I just want to ensure that it's assembled correctly. Also, I am looking at the Futaba 7PX to use with my Bruiser (as well as a few other vehicles). I am sure it is likely overkill for this vehicle but I was curious if anyone has any experience with this transmitter and can confirm it will work with the 3 speed transmission. What radio is everyone using with the Bruiser? Thank you for any help you can provide!

Yes, they are somewhat loose. Just there to prevent axle wrap.

I use a modded Flysky on mine. Any 2 channel will work if you lock it in 1 gear, any 3 channel will work to shift. If the third channel is a 2 position, you'll only get 2 gears (no fun) so be sure it has a 3 position capable 3rd channel.

Thanks for the quick response OSRC! Compared to the rest of the kit, the radius arms just don’t seem to fit right.

Just to throw this out there, I use a Futaba 4PLS with my Hi Lift. It has a multi-position 3rd channel switch.

Thanks Jeckler! I would imagine the 7PX would have a similar switch then.
