i have been planning to build a rock crawler for a while now and i was wondering if anyone would give me help by sending me designs for one that uses clod buster axels and a 4 link suspension. if i could get chassis designs and lenghts and link lengths i would be very grateful

or you can look around the forum and see some of the rides you like and get some ideas. one you get some ideas ask questions and we'll help out.

they can work, but look cheesy it doesn't take anything to make your own links. as for the top being shorter, try to make your links the same length. if not, it will change your angles. it may not matter much on clod axles, but it will still tilt your motor down instead of having it rotate up away from rocks |

It depends on what you are driving on but cut clod tires and giant racs are they best for all around...or at least for me!

that is sweet. how are you planning to mount the shocks to the bottom link in the suspension. when you get that running post some pics for me to see it in action also could you give me some chassis dimensions. |

The T-Maxx turnbuckles do work ok, i've used them myself on occasion, but as mentioned before they look kinda cheesy, and i'm not sure how much weight they will support if you get hungup (they might bend)
