Default My first clod

started out as a roller and ended up like this.
HPI rubicon body (chopped up)
front and rear steer (Hitecs servos)
Integy 55t rock crawler motors
9t pinion gears clear covers and adj mounts
40 series mashers
super duty XR esc
Traxxas TQ3 radio and reciever
Traxxas shocks
Terminator chassis (cut down)
longer links, WB 17.5 inches
all soft flex wiring in heat shrink with custom connectors

HA! Your chassis side plates look like kitty cats.


Hows it perform? I'm still trying to decide on how to set my Clods up.

Looks nice, looks more like a skull to me than kitty cats. If it were mine, I would consider cutting the top of the chassis off, right below the circle holes, to cut weight and lower the body. And also, you can gain some clearance by running your lower links on top of the axle instead of below.

i like the body the way it sets now i have the shocks super soft so it sets low enough and the links i thought about doing that just haven't got around to doing yet lol, thanks everybody for the advice
