| swell's super rig
I picked this up on ebay a few weeks ago. I think I stole this rig but just needs a few minor changes to make her comp ready... Specs to date: TCS NN Chassis Traxxas shocks and pink springs 2 Hitec 645 mg servos RCP Crawlers stage 3 axles Mamba Max speed controller 3ch Traxxas radio with rear steer mod to remote 2.2 axial beadlocks with team losi rock claws Proline 40 series with Moabs RC4WD wheel adapters 55T lathe motors with motor adapters BTA steering on the front I hope to have it updated by TCS ECC but my back pocket hasn't agreed with me yet. Some upgrade/wish list includes: RC4WD aluminum knuckles (already have) another Mamba Max Castle BEC custom 8.4 or 9.6 batteries DX6 (on the way) new body with RCCrawler team colors |

Good find Swell. The NN chassis was my very first crawler. I wished I would have kept it. It will be a good comp rig. I would invest in some stronger servos though. The 645's will turn those wheels on flat ground but once you get yourself in a bind they won't be there for ya. I think after I fried my third one did I smartin' up and upgraded to 300+ torque servos. Mike |
