Red face My clod buster modified

Hello!
My name is Angel Sanchez, I am 47 years old, I live near the city of Barcelona in Spain
And I am fond of hobbies modeling in general.
He practiced model plane in the early years of my youth, being three years Champion
Regional absolute one year national champion, all this in the form of sailboats flying free,
A1 and A2.
A few years later, I devote the slot, and started playing at home and then when I arrive,
Boredom by narcissism, I happened to go to a club slot, which there in my house flying satin
By the tracks, the most foolish there with a box of matches, ahead as I wanted and where.
And it is not my function poorly oches there is that other well, much better than
Themselves, in part so started my battle against the mechanical and performance level.
I started by tweaking engines, and my job is always in repair and maintenance of machinery
Electric and internal combustion engine, so changing an engine slot, I was more
Problem, but I realized then that a better engine, the problems of the rest of the car
Exacerbated, so we go to modify chassis number, and then modified and adapted to chassis
Craft parties, and then totally craft chassis, this story hard over 15 years.
A few months ago, a good friend, I must inform you that TT had a scale 1 / 6 for sale, which
Needed some spare parts for motor and if I could be traced, since these cars have a
2 stroke engine are 23 or 26 cc and is virtually the same engine, many of the machines

Prompted by curiosity, Price wanted to sell that car, I inform price, which
I answer, that what I was, that I would like to have a car and that these characteristics
I had never had anything like that before.
The war Mechanical return to positions in my life, started to renew parts and components in disrepair
State, replacing pieces by other higher-end car at the mention, because nothing remains
Renew or improve.
As already had no where to extend my desire to do, the discovery Crawlers.
Buy a super class used occasion, very abandoned, if it worked more or less correctly,
But with many parts in poor condition and very unwaged everything in general.
So go back to work, I must admit and say, which is what he enjoyed most,
All these years of hobbies modeling, I have felt few times, creating and doing so powerful
Something similar.
The result has been that I have already purchased equipment for two new cars and that this is increasing.
He attended two rallies, with the fans crawling, the first was not all that successful
I could have wished, tube some problems with a faulty weld, but for the
The second occasion since learned the lesson, was almost a total success, my level of piloting is very ínfimo ago
Barely a month that I have the drive and finished point, I do not know nor do I have localized areas
Nearby, where you can play, so I could only shoot in those two occasions.
They show pictures of the car, with everything that I have been doing it again.
Photos of prior and as has been left after having put my hands on top.

Just add, the body that I do not like anything, early start, it has create a replica, which is the body in the G-made Stealth.
All work performed pieces, have been cast in sheet metal and stainless steel tube, gas-oxygen soldier and silver rod.
I hope that the work we show is your pleasure.

I am sorry, my English is totally invalid and the use of google translator from Spanish to English and that is the result.

Greetings.
Angel.

Hello!

Effectively and also to my liking, but you get off the car but the body, which is seen in the pictures, even for my taste is too high.
This is my planned deal with it, fabricating a body of carbon fibre, in imitation to the G-made stealth.
I do not like my body I have now, but for the moment is the one that I have.

Greetings.
Angel.

Hello!

Here in Spain, are very normal concentrations in rocks from the beaches, these are very steep and deteriorating in a short time of use it would be very pronounced.
Anyway comment that the protectors, are barely 2 mm differentials.

Greetings.

You sir have some awsome metal-working skill... I'd love a chassis like that with all the little holders for the ESC, reciever and battery. Awesome job!!! I just picked up my clod, so it's stock for now, but in time, I'd like to have something half as nice as yours.

Hello!

I have a great and according to things, a very serious flaw.
And is that what I do not enter the hearing, I am not what I eat, like what if I could enter through the hearing, then the taste is unpleasant.
But one of my hobbies is that the first thing I have to aesthetics like what I see.
I devote an entire day to create something, which I have in mind, although it easy, I can only give half an hour's work, I prefer the first option always, I am often mistaken me and the invention goes wrong, but not why deterred the intention, I have always done the
The first things that I like to look at and then if there are problems, and I look for him the solution, if ever I get something wrong, never resorted to easy, I like always, my things are different from the known.
The issue of the location of the batteries and electronic him devote many hours of thought,
I came up the idea, leading to conclude, did not want in any way, installing the batteries in the
Conventional place, the electronic nor wanted, or I liked the usual system to locate the car.
So to squeeze the gray matter (brains) and wait for this idea to bring it to term.
Nothing satisfies more, to do something, it is nice and different and that besides work properly.
By the way, what I described in my abilities to work metal, certainly take, to work with a traditional master blacksmith, which over the years have been disappearing and there are even a few day today.

Greetings and thanks.

Hello!
then for want of making the tray or the support for the electronica, a protector of low of chassis and lateral panels, which vere whereupon I do it if with plate of inox, or with carbon fiber plate I must modify the support of bateria, the same one that I take but to the tube transveback rsal, I must rehubicar it. And the saying, now need, to clean I it, to polish it and to remove brightness to him. We will see as it responds the car now, perhaps must ballast it, which is in the photos weighs 167 grams, the body of RUBICON weighed 140 grams, but what the old chassis weighs, that not itI have heavy, I believe that I lighten it enough, we will already see the behavior.

greetings.

Those chassis plate's are very beautiful, and having the center plate is really a neat, artistic effect.

One of the most attractive twin(or should I say triple) verticale plate chassis I've ever seen.

Hello!

I own a large defect and want to have something different from what we have around the world, always want to have my own personality as it built.
Before starting the construction of the chassis have been many hours visiting your forum, I have been hours and hours watching your buildings to see, that way I could do it without copying anything from what I have seen, but without losing properties of the construction.
Nor have I produced a great design, I have restricted myself to draw on a piece of paper, the anchors of my previous chassis, he produced the base and from there, I added more tubes and pipes, reinforcing the points that thought desirable, not There are bends, or roundness inventions rare.
To be my first construction, I have not wanted to fail at the first attempt, so the design, I have produced, starting with my old chassis.

Greetings and thanks.

Hello!
After some time of neglect of this post.
Add photos of the current state after the latest to show in the forum, the Clod has undergone several improvements in some components.
Knuckles and axle tubes Integy aluminum.
G-made shock absorbers
Servo 1 / 4 of 18 kg of torque.
The behavior of the car is much more than excellent, after the latest improvements in the month of August last year, I have not had even the slightest damage or problem with the car, everything works perfectly, rises, passes by where I want, I really doubt that any other car that I can build, operate easily exceed this current Clod.

Do not feel much better in action pictures of the Clod, twisted among the rocks, but that since I have the car on the current state of preparation, soil rolled away from a little fellow, as normally provided on sites which are only accessible for cars similar to mine and now my friends, no car of similar performance, I never took no camera or video, so few photos I usually do in action.

Greetings and thank you very much.
Angel.
