| Clod newbie question: I was wondering what everyones opinions are for wheel adaptors...What do you use? I just bought 17mm hex Axial 8 hole beadlocks narrowed to 2.25" and I am going to run Moab XL's. Should I get wheel adaptors that are extended for more offset or get the 0 deg adaptors? With the wheels narrowed is there a need for more offset for less rubbing? I'm not going to compete just tearing up the back yard.... Currently I have extended thundertech 23mm adaptors on some 40 series dish wheels with masher tires....they are nice but the wheels keep loosening up. Is that normal? Also the tires hit my lower links...but I think that is because the tires are very wide and the wheels are not narrowed. Who makes a good adaptor at a reasonable price? |

| Well I think that the Integy ones are good adapters/wideners. I plan on getting some for my 14mm wheels with my Losi Monster Claws on them. My wheels are offset so the wheels stick out instead of in and they still hit the links. |
