Booger

Finally got Booger done over the weekend. Now comes the tweakin. Longer links to start with. Also have some beadlocks, but undecided on tires. For now, the duallies are not too bad. Also need to figure out how to lower the CG a little. Hoping longer wheelbase will help that.

very nice clod 8) keep the single tires as for the lower cg change the shock mounts up higher on the chassis that will solve that

Re: Booger

I am kinda limited as to where I can mount the shocks. Didnt really leave another spot to mount them on the chassis. For one, I am going to lower the body, but also try to lower the ESC and rx lower in the chassis. But first are the links, as I have already bent the lower rears!!!!! Also had the ida of adding lead somewhere on the axles. Maybe worth a shot. A buddy of mine was checkin it out, and suggested adding lead weights to the insides of the rims............ To bad they are already glued........ Just an idea........

Re: Booger

With batteries and radio gear installed, the top links are flat....

Re: Booger

lowering your body is good as for the links being flat if you get your shocks more straight up and down it will hold weight better and you can do that by mounting the shocks up high on the chassis and it could lower you CG a bit and about the lead in the tires what is it for

Re: Booger

Lead in the tires/on the rims is a way to get weight low.. Generally BBs in the tires is the preffered method, or even water; they both add a TON of weight right down at the ground, works great!
