| Some pics of my 2.2 clod in action.
Not a whole lot, but enjoy. This is the most dialed in I have had the rig in a while. I am running 2 55T lathes, powered by twin batteries (3300mah venoms) and twin speed controls. It sits at 12 inches long and 11 and 3/8 inches wide. In one the pics you can see the rear dig set up, just a simple button that cuts power to the rear motor, it seems to do the trick. here is some tech.... shave those axles I used to run them with Moabs and hated how much they would get hung up.(mainly that front screw channel) they are like anchors too, once they latch to a rock they dont let go search you will find many write ups on trimming the clods for max clearance for running 2.2s Might recommend bust apart that battery(makes a really high COG) and axle mount each cell in place of the weights in the rear even better get a 2/3 pack you are running 2.2s but then again you are running twinny motors |

The axle shaving is next on my to do list. Now that I am home from college for the summer I have time to really wrench. (got a 80 dollar fine from fire and safety for having a soldering iron in the dorm ) I don't trust myself ripping apart the battery packs and rearranging them. To hell out with the COG, I loaded the wheels up with weights and well as the axles. | |

| No. But why run twin ESCs and a dig switch? And how are you controlling twin ESCs separately and running a DIG with a TQ3? Last edited by Robb; 05-24-2008 at 10:03 PM. |

| I am running both ESCs off the same channel using a Y-harness. It seemed to do the trick with the clod stall. The read dig is engaged and disengaged via the 3rd channel and a servo.

One esc should handle it just the same as it is now. Unless I'm missing something.

| I forgot to mention that I put about 8 inches of extra wire going to the front motor off the first ESC. It seems to start turning the back motor just a little before the front one goes. This helps take care of the clod stall.
