Teflon covered belly pan and lower links

Here you can sorta see how my custom chassis came together...

For the belly I used .031" bondable teflon film and epoxyed it on. For the lower links I used 1/4" ID x 3/8" OD PTFE teflon tubing.
I got the teflon online at McMaster-Carr.

Type "bondable teflon" and "teflon tubing" in the find box.

Thanks

I made the front servo mount out of a piece of 1/8" thick alu angle and the rear out of some 1/8" sheet alu.

...somebody dubbed it "Rainmaker" due to the weird sound coming from the tires... I like it!

Thanks for the kind words fellas.

Nice.

What's the verdict on the teflon. Worth it?

The teflon was a little bit pricey for what it does IMO. However, if you have a rig with a fairly large skid plate then it may be more worthwhile... It definetely protects well.
