Default CA glue for locker???? WTF

I tore some axles apart last night that I picked up locally. Someone used CA to lock them - maybe epoxy, not sure. That crap was everywhere inside, I had to hammer on the axle pin to push the brass bevel joints off the old axles..... Oh well, at lest I got the parts off that I needed. I'm using TTR CV axles and AL outers.

Anyone ever seen this? It's kind of like a boogered up - Lincon/Miller locker on a 1:1.

Super glue can be dissolve by boiling water. It can take the heat.

I almost had to do the whole front axle too. The brass parts were all glued together and the axle shafts took me 30 minutes to free. PITA.:-( But all is about usable now. Not worth the cash I paid.
