Default Tekin FXR in 2.2 Clod

Is anyone running the FXR with dual motors and 3s lipos?

I did for a little while. I used 65 turn motors, 13 tooth pinions (stock), and a 3S lipo pack. Had a little servo for a micro switch cutoff for the rear motor, and an Airtronics 361 steering servo.

I'll go ahead and recommend an external BEC if you're running 3S.

I run this setup in my Berg and it works great. Be sure to take EeePee's advice and use an external BEC

I have a Castle BEC that will be going on it. It's set up at 6.0v.

I was concerned because I know they are "approved" for 35 turn and up with 3s lipos. I wasn't sure if the extra motor would cause problems.

The FXR is such a great ESC, I really would like to use it.
