Default ESC questians

I am curently building a basher clod, and I was wondering if a Castle sidwinder would be able to handle a 4 cell lipo running 45t integy motors, or should I move up to a mamba Maxx. I plan on eventually adding another ESC and going brushless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I would say get 2 mamba max ESC'sand go ahead with the brushless, even then the mamba max are rated at 3s. I have heard of people running 4s on them with a BEC. Hope that helps.

For a Basher running 4 cell or more lipo... Go with the Mamba Monster... Just need one for Brushed motors.

One motor will not do so hot in a Clod Basher.

Thanks R2J, thats what I was thinking too, just hoping for a differnt answer, those monsters are $$$$$. If I was planning on staying with brushed on this rig it would defently be the way I would go. I think I will stick with 3cells and a maxx, then upgrade to brushless won't be such a kick in the wallet.

One Monster is still cheaper then two Max's... I think anyway.. I haven't priced the them in a while.

But you really can't go wrong with anything they offer..
