Some guys reverse the timeing, some guys just wire one motor backwards. I have a reverse rotation motor in my truck. But when I get around to picking up my new motors Ill just wire one backwards.

With stock motors (or any motor with zero degrees timing) you can just hook the wires up opposite on the rear motor and then the axles will spin the same direction.
For motors with fixed timing you wire them up the same (+ wire to + terminal, -wire to - terminal) front and rear but the rear motor must be a reverse rotation.
The front and rear gearcase of a clod are exactly the same but the one in the rear of the truck is turned around so it tries to drive the opposite direction of the front unless the rear motor is spinning opposite. Thats where the term "reverse rotation" comes from.
