Default Integy Clod axle with spool or diff

Hello all, i'm new here and new to Crawling and have a question i can't find on the Interwebz ^^

The question is about the Integy alloy Clod axles. One axle comes with a 'spool' and the other one with a 'diff'. What's the difference about these two? And witch one must i take? The 'spool' axle is 30USD more expensive then the other one whay is that?

I hope you guys can help me!

Here are the links to the Clod axles

You'll need both. One has a solid differential, for the rear, the other have a limted slip (adjustable) for the front wheels.

you do not want a diff on any kind of crawler

you will need spools front and rear.

I don't know about that. The integy adjustable diff is pretty nice. The tension on the slipper can be set to wherever you want it to slip at. I really like them. It's all a matter of taste.
