what's up with all the abbreviations? what's a DCS, a VP or a TVP for that matter? on another note, nice chassis.

TVP=Twin Vertical Plate
DC=not sure, but that is what most of his projects are called and the S=super.

Well I got all the material/parts to complete this build.

Thanks again to MThead for cutting me a killer custom skid

Here are some specs about the frame (made by ZORLAC/DMG):

- its made with 1/16 6061 T6 side plates & 3/16 & 1/4 rod
- all alum. with a delrin skid
- the over all length is 22 1/4"
- height is just under 4"
- width is 3"
- side panels are 3" tall.

around 300 grams total , SUPER lightweight !!

The original skid opted for the links to be mounted on the outside of the side plates. I decided to inboard them so that there is less to get hung on and also to try and reduce axle steer

YUKON is testing this prototype to see how everything mounts up & how it works out.
when i get all the info on it & it checks out ,i will be having DNA cut the side plates & start taking per orders !!

Lower links are 1/2" delrin rod (mcmaster.com) with revo rod ends

These links are super easy to make, cheap, and slide over the rocks alot better than aluminum Tapped the ends, used some 4x25mm set screw, and tapered the ends off

It's finally a roller :-P

As of now, it is sitting at 17.25" WB and 4.5" belly clearance

I should have it running by this weekend and get some run time on it

Here you can see the space available inside of the chassis. That is an Elite 3s 4800 mah lipo sitting in there
