| have you had any problems with hitting your links? if u are, someone gave me advice which helped my clearance alot ....if you move your link to the top of the C hub you will gain like 1 inch clearance without losing your wheelbase |

| would love to see a side view, full horrizontal shot and not angled like you did with pic (4.JPG). whats going on with the battery placement? if you cut the wheels, i bet you wouldnt need wideners ... well maybe 1/4 inch would be enough. i really love the low profile on that truck ... im also trying to do the same on mine, except im looking for a way of not cutting the lexan drastically. | i spent a long time playing w/ diffrent link and shock mount locations. this setup seems to work the best for this chassis. yes i can stand it on its side without falling over. i will try to get somemore pics tonight (my wife has the digi cam out w/ her) thanks for all the replys glad you liked it!! I was going to strap the battery under the chassis, but to get it running i rubberbanded it to the front lower links. it worked out well so i left it . I think it also helps w/ traction haveing the weight on the front wheels. Last edited by REPOBUD; 08-19-2005 at 12:17 PM. |
