Ohh....those are probably the worst tire for your setup. You'll want something that is larger in diameter and of a better compund. These tires are probably the best in the businesss:

Your expectations cant be very high when the cost is very low.

I currently have a set of Molands on my 2.2 Clod, but am looking at getting a set of the Moab/Panther hybrid tires.

my clod is set up pretty much like yours, i also have rock lizerds that i got for free, i think they suck pretty bad..but after i get moved into my new place im going to buy just the Cougars with memory foam, intil i can save up for a Hybrid tire...or try to make my own...but if you dont want to spend that kind of money, id just get a set of plane Cougars with memory foam (my buddy has them on his 2.2clod & the seem to work pretty good)

The Hot Bodies Rovers are a pretty tall tire as well....Run2Jeepn is running them on his 2.2 Clod and seems to like them. Here is a vid of his crawler:

That sounds like a good decision! With those tires, you will probably need larger foams than what the tires come with. If you use the stock foams, you wont get the height out of them that R2J does in that video. I believe he is using these in that video:
