I'm using a POS 4 channel stick TX/RX at the moment to see if I can get used to driving like that.

I only completed the build last night but clear that the 645's were not up to the job of steering this thing so I've got a couple of 7955's on the way.

I miss-ordered on the Moab's so have a standard 40 series set on the front ATB - replacements on route.

The 13T stock pinions are too fast with 3s on the 55T's so I have a 8 and 9T on the way...

To do's - Bunch of dremel work on the front and rear axle.

At some point I know I need to go with BTA front steering and will likey go brushless when these motors go...

Not sure about the shocks at the moment (traxxas big bores 100w medium TCS internal springs) - Debating about swapping to buggy front shocks... thoughts?

Anything else I should be looking at?

for that setup, i think full droop is the way to go, so i think what u have is gud, unless u want to experiment. those wheels could use some narrowing too, nonetheless looks very good.

Thanks for the feedback - I'll stick with the big bores for a while...

The 645's and radio weren't cutting it so as an xmas gift I picked up a couple of 7955's on sale at TCS and a used DX6...

Hopefully this will get it rocking... Now for the snow to disappear please
