So i recently picked up a super clod kit at a good price and then after that I picked up the Rockbull chassis from RC4WD also picked up the steering kits for 4ws and the wide kit and mud slinger tires. For electronics im running the rooster crawler esc with novak 55's on each axle along with KO 2174 and KO 2144 servos. I do plan on changing a few other things but this is how it is for now. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |

I dont know why the Rockbull chassis gets such a bad rap, I have one and with a few minor tweeks, its a perfectly capable rig, I love mine! Thats a nice one you have there Chris.

thanks guys! the rockbull chassis is good from what i got so far. today i took it out to the sacramento location and did a new hill climb thats pretty steep i say it like 70degree and it went up with no problems. I hate how people say mine isnt a crawler just because its not a 2.2 and yea those are the integy shocks

I love the body too. I remember when you could them like that with the graphics. Looks hot. I love the tires too. Are those RC4WD tires or Imex Swamp Dawgs (is that what they call'em?) I can't quite make out the writting on the sidewalls. It's a great looking rig. How are you liking those Integy shocks so far? Been thinking about trying a set.

thats a rad looking truck!... good job. u have any issues blowing up servos? i run tires about that big adn seems to kill servos realy freaking easy. burnt up motors, broken gears. if i run a servo saver then i get ultra lame steering responce, iv been debating going to 1/4 scale servos... thanks |

Go with a stick chassis. You wont cut the body(I love the Ford).Crawling does not get better than a stick.Clods rule! Nice pics.Lets go cloding, lol. Seriosly,a stick will serve you well from your pics. ![]() Home made and free. |
