Default How man ball bearings does a Clod take?

Hey guys, I need to order some ball bearings for my Clod project, and i've seen some sets have 20, 22, or 24 bearings in them. Whats the correct number thats requried. Also whats the benefit of the Teflon Ball Bearings? Thanks

I count 20 on mine but Im only using them because they came with the integy knuckles and tubes. Ball Bearings really have no benefit in crawling since there is no high speed...unless you are rock racing, and even then they dont make much of a differance.

A stock Clod takes 20 of the larger bearings and 4 of the smaller bearings, 24 total...

It reduces friction on the drivetrain. Friction = power loss

I run bearings on all my clod axles. I bought mine from jpcustomsrc a year ago. they come with 24.

24 is the correct number. Most of the cheap sets on Ebay are only for 20, so just make sure you're getting the full set.
