Default Steering

I cant get my crawler to steer further then about 5* to the left. Turning right It gets about 30. Ive tried lenghtening the link with no different results, Ive look at the rod ends to check for binding and done soe changes and still not alot different results, changed the position of the splines on the servo and still the same. My servo is mounted on the left tube truss. Anybody got suggestions? can anyone post pics of there setups? Im running out of ideas here...

Can you post a couple of pics of your setup so we can see where the problem might be?

If that's not a HiTorque servo 10kg plus, get one! Can't tell what it is form the photos.
You need a longer servo arm, then you can straighten up the steering link - it looks a bit weedy and thin so beef it up to stop it flexing. Definately need a longer servo horn though!

The servo is a JR 126MG. THe link is just allthread that I was using to try to get the right design, then I am going to bend and tap an aluminum link. I will try a longer horn first

Longer horn didnt help any, it twists. Maybe an aluminum horn? I dont think the servo is really underpowered because it steers right halfway decent it just cant get both directions out of it

try taking the arm off the servo, turn the servo on, center it, center the wheels and then reattach the arm. it might be offset.

No room for BTA..where I have my links ran and where my shocks are mounted on the links there would be all kinds of conflict
