| Hand Brothers BTA kits out of stock everywhere?
Guys, my current BTA steering set-up on the Hustler has proven itself to be a little weak. On really high traction surfaces, my servo is flexing the entire mount and pulling the drag link up and into the outrunner, so the bolts hit the can. The motor doesn't notice the drag, but the steering it getting pretty ineffective. I'm ready for a Hand Brothers BTA kit, but I cannot find them in stock anywhere. Not at TCS, not at MSD, and I think those are the only two places who sell them. Or am I wrong? I need at least two. Please chime in, if you know where I can find these kits.

Why not make something custom...then you can make everything work the way you want it...stop servo mount flex and make a drag link to work...custom is always better in my eyes.

| Well, this is the route I am taking after all. I found some Hand Brothers BTA kits, but I don't have pay-pal, so I can't buy them. I'm going to whip up my own servo mounts now, instead. Progress is going well so far. I'll share some photos when it's all finished.

I must have been fortunate as I just took possession of two Hand Bros. BTA kits from two different sources. And when I checked back their balance was zero. Carl |

I did fab up my own new servo mount, but I think I will still buy the MSD kit. For those interested, here's a link to my servo mount, and new set-up, on the Hustler. http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/showt...54#post1602854 |

Thanks again. Well, I tried calling today to get a hold of Ryan, but unfortunately he doesn't come in till 12:30pm, and with the time zone difference, I'm at work by then, so I'm going to try calling on a weekend. It's the only way I'll get the chance when he is there, unless someone else would know what I am talking about, when I ask for the Hand Brothers BTA kit.
