| Hustler SE link length
Hi, I've recently obtained a Hustler chassis and am starting on my super build. Can anyone tell me what the stock link length is for the Hustlers? Eye to eye mesurement please. Thanks |

The actual links are all 6" long, NOT including the rod ends. The Hustler comes with Traxxas rod ends, so add that length and you'll know the over all.

the rod ends are 5/8" from end to center of mounting hole... So, 6"+5/8"+5/8" = 7-1/4" total length (mounting hole to mounting hole.) |

I just built a new Hustler, and yes, 7 1/4 are my stock links for center of the mounting holes. However, I'm going to go 1/2 longer on each link. I want 1" longer wheelbase. This will put me at 18" wheelbase, which is the new max length for super class.

It was just passed, check out this thread.... www.rccrawler.com/forum/showthread.php?t=157477 In Colorado, the min and max wheelbase is not being inforced. So it's only a concern if you go to national event. | |
