Check out some of the Memory foams that people are putting out. That will get the flex out of the tire and should help with climbing.

What wheels are those? They look sweet. I'm thinking of picking up a huge memory foam pillow and cutting my own. There's a ton of diffrent thickness ratings on pillows out there just at walmart alone.

I try to find some pillow in memory foam, but the only one I found is too firm...

A good option would be to use 2 Panther memory foams for the cougar tire per rim.The reason for 2 is it takes that many to make the trip around the wheel.Another option(I have not tried it yet) would be 2 NWTT hybrid mems a tire.
If its cold out 2 NWTT allweather hybrids work great.

thanks Joesbruiser

I was interested by NWTT memory foam, but I think it's gonna be a little too short, even with 2... I calculated the perimeter and it's missing 2 or 3 cm.. :-?
2 Panther foam fit on XTM thorn (the same diameter than the HPI Blast) ??

here the winter don't during so long

Yeah 2 of the panther foams makes the trip around the Thorn.
Belive me when I say they work Thats what I won the 08 nats with.

I run panther tires on my super but here are a few picks of the panther mem. foam with two strips of normal foam on the sides for support with my panther tires. The stock 2.2 panther mem.foam only measures 4.5 inches and the NWTT hybrid squat measures 4.75 and a 1/4 inch wider thats why I am going to try them.

And one with a uncut panther foam inside to show inner diameter.

You have a good start to win some comps.
Only things I could see changing is the side body post, and build yourself a set of panther Plowbowy or meatgrinder tires.

Shane's Comp NN Super Build

I'll chime in with the NWTT option, on plowboys...(see link above)

Since then I have made the front foam setup like the rear. Extra foam just on the outside of the tires for some sidewall support. Since putting it in the front everything works good. No issues with sidewall support. Tested the setup in the video link at the bottom of the above link.
