Default To HandBrothers BTA or CPE BTA

Guys,

I'm about to purchase a steering kit for the Hump Clod. I'm deciding on the two above. Handbrothers or CPE. Things I've purchase so far:

JPCustom Knuckles
Integy Tubes
TTR CVD's.
Stock Axles
Integy Spool

What do you guys think should I get? tnx everyone for your feedback.

Man, that is a tuff choice. They both work really well. Since you are going with the Integy aluminum tubes you would be safe using the Hand Bros. BTA since the Integy tubes are quite strong. If you were using the stock Clod tubes then I would suggest the CPE units. But then I myself have not seen anyone break an OEM tube when using the Hand Bros. BTA.

As I said, it's a tough choice. Best thing is you can pick either one and know you are using great products.

I say Hand Brothers. It's much nicer then CPE's BTA kit by a Mississippi mile. Or, you can make your own.

Price shouldn't be so much of an issue, as the quality and design of the steering itself. If you just compare the two BTA kits to one another, especially looking at the servo drag link angles, and how straight they are, you'll see why the Hand Bros. BTA kit is the winner, in my book.

Very nice. I just got my CPE today along with a ton of stuff (found on my build thread. no pics yet though). Yes, I would like to see more pictures on how it looks like mounted. From top and side if you got any. Tnx scatterbrains.

And thank you everyone for the feedback on both kits. I went with the CPE due to the mounting options. If I find flex as a problem, I could always make a link that's strong in the future.

Now another question, I got two kits. Since I'm going with 4ws, would it be advisable to mount the BTA kit towards the front (motor side) OR rear on the rear axle.
