| ![]() ![]() This clod I had years ago, selfmade alu chassis, longer wheelbase so that the body fits better than the original. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by Klaaz; 12-26-2013 at 06:57 AM. |

I've been into RC Crawling every since the early days. Over the years I must have built over 20+ crawlers. So recently going through my parts I found a set of Clod Axles. Searching another parts place I found a chassis I had used a number of years ago and the thought struck me to build an "Old School" Super Crawler! I had all the parts they just needed to be tweaked and put together. Below is the end result! Voila! The Wyoming crawler is resurrected. I'm happy with it. We will see how she does out on the rocks when the snow goes away here in a month or two. Manta Chassis Stainless Steel Links 1/4 Scale Steering Servos HPI GT2 tires mounted on Proline Wheels 55t Motors: front with 7t pinion, rear with 6t pinion. Mamba Monster ESC programmed to Crawler Mode 20A CC BEC Orange Rx Spektrum DX3C radio ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
