Well let's see how they come out, stuff like this is time consuming in small un-fixtured runs so the cost gets stupid in a hurry. If they work out well I'll get a quote for a limited production run but I expect it'll be more than anyone would want to pay....

I'm just in too deep to give up at this point

about 8+ hours of machine work later.....
...these are gonna kill me, only carrying 4 so hopefully no big f-ups tomorrow

Well it's taken a while to get 'em finished up. They're looking good though. In the end, about 12-14 hours of machine time in these guys

Now I've got to make some new tie-rods.... it never ends

The geometry looks a whole lot better though and I should get some more steering out of the deal.

Horizon sent me a replacement servo "in the interest of customer service" or some such statement...SWEET!

It's real friggin' cold around here so testing will have to wait a bit anyway and thankfully we're still busy at work.
More updates when I've made some more chips.....
