one of the leads can be shorted out to run 1 battery. the one you DONT want to short is the one that it should light up but not work with a battery plugged into it. and to short the other side the easy way is to get a female connecter and hook its + and - together so if you want to run 2 in the future there is no soldering involved

i dont have pics as i no longer have my evx2 ok take your battery plug it into one of the connectors and try to turn it on, your servos may work but i dont remember for sure or the light should come on atleast. does the light come on? if not try the other connector. once you find the one that will turn it on leave it alone and make a jumper for the other one by connecting the + and - |

ok what he was saying is connect a battery to one lead, turn the esc on, look and see if the light on the esc is on. once you found the battery lead lead that is the main one ( the one that makes the light on the esc come on) take the other battery lead and short it out. ( make a jumper wire, or cut the connector off and twist the wires together, or use a old battery lead and just connect the ends together) you just want to jump the + and - together on the battery lead that does not make the esc come on. once you have done that just connect one battery to the main lead and there ya go.

K here we go. Also DO NOT mix up the battery wires, make sure you keep them with the right ones. If you plug the battery in and short the other, and it doesnt work, switch them around. The battery has to be plugged into the side that the internal BEC is on. |
