Default Forumula off-road clod?

Has anyone build one? I have been out of the hobby for years and have a ladder frame clod I built for rockcrawling (ladder with 80 degree's of flex )right at the beginning of the rockcrawling take off. I actually use to build and sell the "rock king off-road" clod crawler chassis. Anyways, out of all things R/C hillclimbing was one of my favorite things do, rockcrawling was just too slow! So I am thinking of rebuilding my clod for formula off-road, I was wondering what everyone was running power wise and chassis setup. I am thinking dual brushless and lots of travel but with heavy springs. Maybe use weight to my advantage and run dual batteries...

Thanks
