Default ttr gear reduction

has anyone used the thunder tech gear reduction setup. i just saw it on rc4wd.com. it looks pretty nice. i see how it works but where does the shaft go that comes out of the spur gear. do you attach another pinion to that and then bolt it into the gearbox? thanks for all you guys help! [/img]

I am using the TTR's and you mount one pinion on the output shaft, and the other on the motor.

I used a 9T/9T pinions and ended up switching it to 9T motor and 13T shaft.

YEs it does just mount up to the gear box, and it has some adjustablility on it so you don't need motor mount adjuster for 9T pinions.
