| This is a photo of our brand new, fully assembled prototype crawler chassis. This shockless design has a 16" wheelbase and 4.5" ground clearance at the chassis. The chassis is also designed to handle dual battery packs for anyone using 14.4V systems. No topless photos just yet... Pricing will be officially announced once we've signed up for our vendor star, and closer to when these are available for production. (Est. mid-late June). | Give us more info once you have the vendor star.To me it sounds like you're pimping your stuff without paying the dues.I don't mean to sound rude but,it would be easy for someone to buy your stuff from the website.I'm sure it takes money to run a website/forum as well as this is run so paying up doesn't seem like a problem to me. |

| All he did was post a partial pic. He stated that when it was available to be sold, he would purchase a vendors star. Why purchase a Star now to sell a chassis that isn't yet available?:? And what is that is your sig rockwerks??? WWW.ROCKWERKS.COM Last edited by dezfan; 05-20-2006 at 07:52 PM. |

As far as your link, if your selling to members of RCC, what differance is it if it's RC Car items, 1:1 Crawler items, duct tape, or Woopie Cushions? Your still SELLING w/o a star. I don't own RCC, so it's not my call. But, that is my opinion. | |

| It is his rc website.I know when i posted that reply that the link to his website was part of his sig.I just have a problem with freeloaders. In my opinion, those with stars(vendor or otherwise) have paid for their rights.Shouldn't product pimps do the same? And by the way,I personally don't care how he feels about me after this. |

| Thanks to everyone for the input so far. You're right, there is a website where people can purchase our products, except for the chassis posted above. The information posted here is all that's available regarding this chassis so we're not trying to lure people to our site to get more information about this truck. I thought we'd provide RCC with a sneak preview photo of something that we have the works. I didn't think there was an issue with posting a photo of something no one can actually purchase at this time. I apologize to those that feel we're trying to sell our products without having a vendor star as that isn't the case. Since I'm new to posting here if we need to sign up for a vendor star to preview something we will do so. I'll remove the original post if the Admins feel it doesn't comply with RCC's rules. Thanks. |

| I stated my opinion, it is just that. I feel that this gentlemen is being unnecessarily vilified. He has apologised and that just goes to show what a up front person he is. Enough said. |

| I guess my thoughts are, a vendors star isn't expensive, why take a chance on pissing anyone off? Personally I have no problem with the posted pic. But You could always buy a $20.00 supporter star, and if/when your chassis comes out, just upgrade to vendor statis. That way you won't piss anyone off and it's a win win situation. It's not really right to put a feeler out to gauge interest, then if enough interest the chassis goes into production, then the vendors star? It does seem like thats the method being used. If the chassis is going into production reguardless of interest here? Why not just go ahead and buy your vendors star? I'm not trying to be an ***, and you seem like a straight forward guy.
